Luxembourg Guide ("we", "us") is a personal, informational website about living in and relocating to Luxembourg. This page explains, plainly, what happens to your data when you visit.

The short version: this site does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and does not store any personal data on a server. The only way we receive any information from you is if you choose to email us directly.

Information we collect

This site is static — it has no database, no account system, and no server-side logic that processes visitor data. We do not use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology.

If you use the "Notify Me" button, it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to us. Nothing is sent or recorded until you choose to send that email yourself. If you do, we will receive whatever your email provider normally shares (your email address, and anything you write in the message) so that we can reply to you — for example, to let you know when the full guide launches.

How we use it

To reply to messages you send us.
To send you the one-time launch announcement you requested, if you asked to be notified.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.

Hosting

This site is hosted as static files on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical information (such as IP address and request logs) as part of operating its content delivery network, independent of anything we do. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on their practices.

Your choices

Because we only ever hold data you've explicitly emailed to us, you can ask us at any time to delete any message or address we hold by emailing us and requesting removal.

Changes to this policy

As the site grows beyond this launch page, this policy will be updated to reflect any new features (such as interactive tools or forms) that collect data. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
